Classes and Exam Information

Take Note! Training to Excel no longer includes ServSafe® Food Manager or Course Book or Exam Answer Sheets for classes unless otherwise specified.

Clients are responsible for self-purchasing ServSafe® Book of choice with exam answer sheet or only answer sheets.

Options are study at home, attend class or just arrive at designated time to take certification exam.

Expect 8-9 hour day session includes introductions, subject information, short breaks and half hour lunch; after lunch two hour exam period. Meal, snacks and beverages at attendee's expense.

Online exam students responsible to bring their own laptops or reserve computer station at Brandon library also arrange mutual agreed class date, time with Proctor.

English is standard language used in class however books are printed in multiple languages—specify when purchasing.

Materials emailed include latest information available and current FDA 2017 Food Code.

Borrowing ServSafe® Food Manager Book option is available for clients—additional S&H fees on mailed products. See Registration Form.

With passing grade ServSafe® certificates valid five years.
